The Venue

BEC 2026 will be held at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel church in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (21-1 Havemeyer St, Brooklyn, NY 11211) Exhibitors are located in the first floor gymnasium and on the lower level.

Programming takes place in the lecture room on the lower level.

Getting to the Festival

Using public transit is encouraged! The closest subway stops are the Bedford L stop and the Lorimer L / Metropolitan G stop, both of which are a 5 minute walk from the venue.

The Mid-Con Party

BEC’s Mid-Con Party takes place Saturday, November 14th from 8pm-midnight at Union Pool (484 Union Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211). Celebrate BEC with the inaugural BODEGA CAT Awards Ceremony, Union Pool’s famous taco truck, and dancing all night long! The party is free and open to everyone 21+.
